German hanger rental in Mumbai – waterproof aluminium event structure by Siraj Decorators

German Hanger Guest Access and Event Planning

A great hall still fails if guests cannot get in, eat comfortably or find a washroom. This guide covers the practical side of using a German hanger.

Easy movement for all guests

Plan for elders, children and guests who use wheelchairs. Ask for:

  • A smooth entry, either a ramp or a platform that is level with the ground, since raised flooring can create a step.
  • Wide, clear aisles and exits.
  • Firm, even flooring, with cables covered.
  • Seating near the entrance for guests who cannot walk far.

Let us know about access needs before the layout is finalised. See our wooden flooring on rent page for flooring options.

Food and kitchens

Serving food inside the hall is common. Cooking is a different matter. Open flames, gas and heavy heat near the PVC fabric are a fire risk, so it is safer to keep the kitchen in a separate tent or area, well away from the main hall, and carry food in. Whatever you plan, keep fire extinguishers close and follow the venue’s rules.

Parking, washrooms and back-of-house

The hanger is only part of the site. Plan separately for:

  1. Parking for guests and vendor vehicles, and a clear route for delivery trucks.
  2. Washrooms for the expected crowd, with lighting along the way.
  3. A green room or bridal room, which can be a smaller tent such as a pagoda tent beside the main hall.
  4. A storage and vendor area away from guests.

Multi-day and back-to-back events

A hanger can usually stay up for several days. If you plan a multi-day event or two events in a row, tell us so that we can agree the rental days, the changeover time for decor and flooring, and who stays on site. Extra days are normally charged, so confirm the rate, as noted in our rental cost guide.

Events that run past midnight

Late finishes affect dismantling, labour and local noise rules. Check with the venue and local authority about timings and sound limits, and tell us the planned end time so that the dismantling schedule can be set. Keep lighting and exits working until the last guest leaves.
